Bhartiya Samaj Kalyan Sewa Samiti was incorporated in 2004 to educate under-resourced children and provide them with wealth-generating skills training for gainful employment. Why

Poverty is much more than just not having money. One of the dire consequences of poverty, as seen in today’s age, is that low-income youth are denied or withheld from opportunities in the educational domain .Therefore, we aim to present a high-quality education to such a young workforce and train them for high-paying white-collar jobs in the BFSI sector. It is important to note that poverty is a complex issue that is affected by a variety of factors such as access to affordable housing, healthcare, and childcare, as well as discrimination and systemic inequality. A comprehensive approach that addresses these underlying issues in addition to providing education and training opportunities may be more effective in helping low-income youth escape poverty. Due to increased contractualization, a preference for capital investment over labour, and strict labour laws, blue-collar jobs in sectors such as automobiles, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metals, cement, rubber, and electrical machinery are among the lowest-paid jobs in India
